Can this calculator tell me how many A4 sheets I need for a poster?

Why is the final poster size sometimes slightly different from my wall size?

A tiled poster has to use whole sheets. The calculator picks the closest layout available, which means the final size can be a little larger or smaller than the exact target.

What is the difference between the two recommendations?
