PrintTiler sells digital products, including time passes and watermark-free PDF export access. Because these products are supplied digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Digital access
A one-time export purchase is considered supplied once a watermark-free PDF is generated or its download begins. A paid time pass begins according to the pass shown at checkout. We generally cannot refund a purchase after digital access has been supplied.
We do not store your uploaded image, generated PDF, or poster project on our servers. You are responsible for saving exported files and keeping access to the email account used for purchases and passes.
When to contact us
Please contact us if you were charged more than once, did not receive the purchased access, or experienced a technical issue that prevented access before any successful PDF export or download. We will review the relevant purchase and access records and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
We may offer replacement access or a goodwill token in some situations. Any such offer is made at our discretion and does not change this policy or create a right to a refund.
Request support
Email printtiler.helpdesk@gmail.com with the email used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a description of the issue. Please do not send private images unless we ask you to do so.
